This is the platform to connect mentors, mentees, and peers on the opposite side of the Globe and MORE.
Meaningful connections need to happen in a small group pairing with one-on-one in-depth communication which also needs to last for a period of time. This is how we transfer knowledge into action!
The most difficult step and critical phase in learning and growth is to turn What You Know to What You Do! This platform will help you to complete that step!
Mentors are experts with more than 20 years of working experience in specific areas as: Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Finance, Human Resources, Software Engineering, Structural Engineering, Manufacturing, Operation…
Mentees will be grouped into the specific professional area, 5-8 mentees in a group.
We offer a complimentary half-hour service to go over your current career situation and how you want to grow. We follow up with the plan to recommend an appropriate mentor and service for your needs.
The most effective learning method is the combination of a small group (5-8) discussion led by the mentors paired with one-on-one conversation with the mentors. We offer both services with different plans.
During 1:1 session, mentor can help you to tailor what you have learned in a group to fit your specific situation or answer your individualized questions. You will be able to learn in a more intimate setting.

In your everyday work and life, you will encounter problems and issues which you would like to get someone's advice or have a safe place you can discuss. Our service provides you a mentor that you can trust to get advice from and a group of peers with similar background as they may encounter similar issues as yours and you can also learn from each other.
Training: The trainer will provide content. A live training session usually has more than 15 trainees. You have the opportunity to ask one or two questions. Trainer’s attention to your specific needs and questions are very limited. Once the training ends, your communication with the trainer ends. After the training you are on your own to transfer what you learned into action.
Mentoring: the content will be tailored according to the mentee's specific needs-real work/life difficulties or questions. Mentees learn in a small group, 5-8 people. Mentees also have one on one sessions with the mentor(s). The mentor holds continuous sessions with mentees for a period of time, two months or more, to support and guide mentees to transfer the knowledge into actions.
Therapy: The therapist is certified, and it usually focuses on mental health.

We at MentorsUs personally meet our mentors to understand their professional background and teaching style so we can provide the best match to mentees.
Using the same method, we at MentorsUS talk to each mentee regarding his/her education level, current job to place similar background mentees in the same group. You can choose whether to be placed with mentees working in the same company or not.
